Follow-on of my last post…life is wonderful and a real marvel. Both the physical and spiritual life.
Someone did not fulfill their obligation to me, I let it be and then without expectation all that was lost was returned to me via other means.
Okay, it's a small reward but the meaning of this fate is significant to me.
Being a beneficiary of good karma, this experience forced me to reflect and I will never retaliate or be unforgiving, ever. I wonder if I had reacted in any other way, whether or not this would have ensued.
By "this" I mean…having one customer not paying and then the very next customer pays me almost double what I charged for no particular reason but because they wanted me to have it….
Who do I thank, the Samodien's for their kindness or the Man above for this enlightenment. It's not the physical gift (the money) that enthused me but the good karma bestowed on me. Lightness of heart is an amazing feeling :)
I think I also now fully understand why my dad over the years never had a sore spot for anything or anyone. All the break-ins, all his car radios stolen; his power tools out of the garage and just all the petty theft over the years. He dismissed it and moved on with no hatred and the amazing thing is that he is such a lucky man who always gets things back so how people treat you is their karma and how you react is yours.
